Daily Menu and Recipes for Table No. 5
Over 700 recipes, numerous daily menu options with alternatives, an automatic shopping list, a searchable "Do's and Don'ts" section, 17 detailed articles about Table No. 5 from nutritionists and gastroenterologists, and a water reminder.

Personalized Meal Plan
When you first launch the app, you complete a survey that creates a meal plan based on:
- individual characteristics and body mass index (BMI)
- disease type (pancreatitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, gallstone disease, liver disease, etc.)
- disease phase (acute/chronic)
- doctor's recommendations (pureed foods only, heat-treated fruits and vegetables, weight loss/gain)

Daily Menu to Suit Your Taste
Consists of 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 snacks. You can choose your favorite from different categories. Don't like fish or seafood? No problem: the app will suggest meat or poultry recipes as substitutes.
All menu options are created by nutritionists and support the daily recommended calorie intake, optimal food combinations, and frequency of consumption.

Over 700 recipes
Table 5 includes a limited list of permitted foods, making it difficult to choose dishes. The app solves this problem: it features only modern recipes, many of which are very easy to prepare. The app also includes a list of "quick" foods that can be eaten immediately or quickly reheated in a steamer.

This diet is recommended for pancreatitis, cholecystitis, and hepatitis.

Table 5 Knowledge Base
We've collected a wealth of dietary information and broken it down into concise notes:

Water Tracking
The app calculates your optimal daily water intake based on your weight and individual needs (for example, whether your doctor has prescribed fluid restriction) and helps you stay hydrated.

Shopping List
When you create a menu by selecting recipes in the app, a shopping list for the coming days is automatically generated. All products are categorized by store department, and each item on the list can be marked as purchased with a single tap.

Can/Can't: Food Check
If you're unsure about a product, enter it in the search bar, and the app will tell you whether the ingredient is allowed. If a product has restrictions, a comment is provided: whether it can be consumed during an exacerbation or only during remission, as well as specific details (for example: apples are allowed, but not sour varieties; during an acute phase, only chopped and peeled).

Meal Reminders
Eating five meals a day at regular intervals is unusual for many. We've added notifications to remind you to cook or reheat food: half an hour before main meals and 10 minutes before snacks. You just need to set a time that suits your daily routine.

Notifications to remind you to drink water are also available.
