FitSet на Андроид

FitSet is a straightforward workout log. Build a program once, start it with one tap, and record what you actually lifted. No account, no subscription, no clutter.

READY THE MOMENT YOU OPEN IT
Three starter programs — Full Body, Upper Body and Lower Body — are waiting on day one. Edit them, delete them, or build your own from a library of 69 exercises and any custom exercise you add.

RECORD YOUR WORKOUT
• Weight × reps, reps only, duration, or distance + duration — every exercise uses the metric that fits it
• Tap a set number to reuse last session's values, mark it as warm-up, drop set or to failure, or delete it
• Rest timer starts on its own, with sound, vibration and ±15 second adjustment
• Notes for the whole workout and for a single exercise
• Leave mid-workout and come back exactly where you stopped
• Sets left empty are never saved

SEE IT ADD UP
• Every finished workout is kept with all of its sets, and stays editable if you typed something wrong
• Personal records and estimated 1RM for each exercise
• Weekly volume, workouts per week and muscle group distribution
• Day streak and a 26-week activity heatmap
• Body measurements over time

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
• Fully offline — your data never leaves your phone
• kg or lb, km or mi
• Light and dark theme
• 19 languages
• Back up and restore your data whenever you want

A single one-time purchase removes the ads. Everything else is free.
