The PEG-Invoice app allows you to manage and approve your invoices, receipts, and payments now even more user friendly on your smartphone: digital, modular, secure.

This app is your ideal companion to handle the business related purchase-to-pay cycle of your company on the go or while away from your desk. You need a compatible device with appropriate settings for country or region, the app must be activated for your company, and you have to be a registered PEG-Invoice user to benefit from this app.

The PEG-Invoice app can only be used by P.E.G. members who use PEG-Invoice.

• real time monitoring of your invoices and receipts
• personal dashboard with warnings: invoices and receipts
• overdue, imminent cash discount losses, price increases

• display of account assignment information
• last price increasements
• adding and displaying invoice attachments
• forwarding invoices and receipts by email
• access the online archive with all your invoices and receipts

We continue to develope the PEG-Invoice app. Among others, the following function will be available in future:

• receive workflow-related information via push notification
• snap photos of your invoices and receipts with your smartphone camera and upload them. We extract the data and take care of the rest
