Roadnet Mobile Demo на Андроид

Roadnet Mobile, by Omnitracs, is a mobile platform that provides business owners, staff and drivers the ability to, in real-time, measure the efficiency and productivity of servicing customers, completing deliveries and pickups while having the ability to seamlessly communicate between managers and mobile staff. Through this robust tool, you are able to measure the performance standards that have been set for your mobile delivery staff, ensuring that customer meetings, deliveries and pickups occur as planned. In today’s competitive market, impeccable customer service and the “face time” your team spends with customers can make all of the difference to your bottom line.

Roadnet Mobile can work seamlessly with your current routing, scheduling, and host systems or with Roadnet Anywhere Routing & Dispatching to help measure delivery activity, actual vs. plan, and customer service with the main purposes of helping to drive revenue. Roadnet Mobile helps provide accountability of your mobile staff, as well as options to manage by exception, rather than constant monitoring. Mobile staff have the ability to:

• Start and end their day
• Follow planned routes
• Log customer arrivals, departures and breaks
• Seamlessly call customers
• Find the best route and navigate without entering address information
• Capture delivery and pickup information
• Follow a customized workflow through mobile forms, specific to the business’ needs
• Verify quantities of delivery and pickup items
• Confirm delivery/pickup completion with signature capture
• Receive updates on daily activities, including on-time performance

With Roadnet Mobile, managers and dispatchers have the necessary tools at their fingertips to monitor key benchmarks to help drive and improve the service and profitability of the mobile team by tracking:

• Delivery/pickup time windows
• Face time quotas
• Actual arrival and departure times
• Leisure mileage vs. work mileage
• Merchandising service times
• Route variations
