I can provide custom exercise videos and clear instructions on how to do a specific exercise–and you can always message me with your questions if you’re unsure how to do it or film yourself whilst doing an exercise and send it to me so I can check on form and correct you if require, however i am sure the clear video instruction will be educational enough for you to feel confident.
